"Reclaiming our Stolen Sisters: Discrimination and Violence Against Indigenous Women in Canada"
with Dr. Maggie Hodgson, of the Nadleh Whuten Carrier First Nation.   (She has been considered for the Nobel Peace Prize for her work for Aboriginal rights and wellness
in Canada.)  Dr. Hodgson will lead a discussion on Amnesty's Stolen Sisters report of 2004.

International Week programs will be available free on campus.  To see one online, go to www.ualberta.ca and search for International Week.  Almost all of the events (including the Amnesty one) are free.  Stephen Lewis will give a free keynote address at the Myer Horowitz Theatre in SUB at noon on Monday, January 30.

The Stolen Sisters discussion is shown as being presented by the UofA Amnesty International Group, Edmonton chapter.
