Life Long Learning A fund is available for eligible applicants to receive support for attendance at approved learning events. The application form can be accessedhere. (You will require the Adobe Reader to view and print it - available at adobe.com). Once you have printed the form, please submit it to the Life Long Learning Consultant for Yellowhead Presbytery. Please note the following as you prepare your application: - Yellowhead Presbytery budgets an amount of $1500 per year. When the funds are used up, further applications are unlikely to be approved.
- Requests should not exceed one-third of the total cost to attend an event to a maximum of $150.00
- Limit per person per year - $150.00
- Grants will be given to individuals only. There is no funding for congregational events.
- Applicants are encouraged to use United Church institutions whenever possible, St. Stephen's, St. Andrew's, PCTC, Naramata etc.
- Funding for Conferences such as the Banff Men's Conference and the Western Women's Conference will be considered on a basis of number of applications for each event.
- Tuxis Parliament applications will receive $50 / person to a maximum of $200 for that event.
- Requests must be submitted PRIOR to event!
